  • Processed large-scale cortical surface data and developed a deep learning model for cortical surface registration, improving alignment and analysis accuracy.

  • Conducted research on spherical convolutional neural networks (Spherical CNNs), focusing on applying them to cortical surface data for advanced spatial analysis.

Intelligent Recognition of Fatigue Driving Based on Edge-Cloud Collaborative Computing

IMIAPD Lab and Network Security Laboratory Oct 2023 – Jan 2024

Research assistant, supervised by Prof. Lihui Wang & Guowei Shen

  • Developed an edge-cloud collaborative application system aimed at faster detection of fatigue and distracted driving.

  • Designed an object detection model based on YOLOv8 and quantized it for deployment in the ModelBox development framework to enhance inference speed. Achieved efficient communication between edge and cloud under the Linux system, and implemented multiple fatigue driving alert features.

Deep Learning-Based Open-Domain Generative Chatbot

  • Conducted data preprocessing on publicly available Chinese corpora, including data cleaning, word segmentation, and building training datasets.

  • Used Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) to construct a deep learning model for natural language dialogue generation, resulting in a Chinese chatbot capable of multi-turn conversations, with improved coherence and naturalness through model structure optimization and training strategies.
